Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed and shipped?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses depending on your location. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. After that, it will generally take 1-5 business days for delivery within Australia.

Custom Products

Custom products such as custom steering wheels usually take anywhere between 14 days and 21 days to complete. However, depending on the time of ordering and how quickly we can source components, this may take longer. We have had very few cases exceeding 90 days.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Order Processing Time

Nevera Auto strives to process orders efficiently. Depending on the item, it may take between 1 to 5 business days to process your order. We appreciate your patience during this time. Custom products such as custom steering wheels usually take anywhere between 14 days and 21 days to complete. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. A valid reason for cancellation is required, and you can provide this information by contacting our support team at info@neveraauto.com. Once your item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Custom Steering Wheels: Custom steering wheel orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun. We take pride in creating unique, personalized products for our customers, and these items are tailored specifically to your preferences. All orders of custom steering wheels are 100% final. We will not refund or cancel the order no matter the circumstances.

Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
    • The goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in like-new condition.
    • A valid reason for the return must be provided.
  • Return Process: If you wish to initiate a return for eligible products, please contact our support team at info@neveraauto.com to begin the return process. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be covered by the customer.
  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps us cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned products.
  • Custom (Personalized) Products: Please note that custom (personalized) products, including custom steering wheels, are not eligible for returns. These items are crafted to your unique specifications and cannot be resold.
